The motel features the on-site Highlands Restaurant, serving delicious meals for breakfast and dinner seven days a week. Guests can get cosy by the open fireplace with their favourite pre-dinner drink before enjoying a hearty meal in the restaurant, which are all prepare on site using fresh, local ingredients and premium cuts of meat. There are plenty of favourites such as schnitzel and lasagne as well as house specialties such as House-smoked Beef Ribs, New England Lamb Chops and Chicken Piccata. The restaurant is fully licensed and offers a range of premium wines, local craft beers and ciders, boutique gins, single malt whiskey and wines from local distilleries. Families and groups are welcome, reservations are recommended.
