Recently renovated, this fully self-contained accommodation is purpose built for Derby mountain bikers. It’s light and spacious, with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 people. You’ll find two single beds (or one queen) in the main bedroom, as well as a comfortable double bunk and one single bed in each of the other bedrooms.
The cottage has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious open-plan living area with wood fire. It’s a perfect, cozy spot to warm up on chilly nights or relax, read a book and enjoy the spectacular views of the Ringarooma River and Derby Forest Reserve.
This property has two bathrooms, two toilets, a full laundry with washer and dryer and all linen and towels are provided.
Enjoy a refreshment (or two) at the deck bar while the BBQ is cooking or relax on the comfy outdoor chairs and watch the kids play in the large garden. There is also a garden fire pit area, with logs for seating. A great place to tell tall tales and stories of your day on the trails.
